Adding Sound to Accompany an Animation

When an object becomes animated in the Scene window it is often very useful to have a sound to automatically accompany the animation effect.

Sounds are added or edited as follows:

  • Set the program to Design mode.
  • Highlight the object to which you want to add sound.
  • Go to the Edit menu and select Sound...

  • Choose which signal condition you want to activate the sound. (If necessary, you can associate a different sound to each of the available conditions.)
  • Click on the Set button in the Sound file panel.
  • Load the required sound from a sound folder within the Control Insight resources folder which is located by the path: Control Insight/Coin/Sounds/
  • Click Play to check that the sound effect is what you want. Load another sound file if necessary.
  • Load further sound files for other signal conditions if required.
  • Click OK.
