Objects which Animate
To view or edit the animation images
for an object:
1. In the Scene window, select an object by clicking
on it.
2. Choose Edit pictures on the Construction
menu.
The Construction dialog box has the following features:
High panel
This shows one or more images which are used when the object is in the 'on' state. The images are displayed as a sequence of 'frames' one after another.
The Add... button is used for adding another image at the end of the sequence.
The Insert... button is used for adding another image anywhere in the sequence; to select the required position in the sequence, click on one of the images to highlight it; the new image will be inserted immediately before the highlighted image. A new image can be loaded from a picture folder within the Control Insight resources folder which is located by the path: Control Insight/Coin/Resources/
The Set... button is used for changing an image; first, highlight the image (click on it) to be replaced, then click on Set... and load the new picture required from the resources folder located by the path:

The Remove... button is used for removing an image from the sequence.
The Save... button is used for saving the image in a folder on the computer or disk.
Start
panel
This shows which image is displayed first
in the animation sequence. The required image can be chosen
by highlighting it and clicking the small Set button.
Alternatively the number of the required image can be typed.
Design / Low panel
This shows the image used to show the 'off'
state for the object.
When the 'Design mode only' check box is ticked, this
image only shows when working in Design mode; in Run mode
the 'off' state is represented by the image indicated in the
Start panel.
The Set... button in this panel is used for changing
the image; load the new picture required from one of the picture
folders in the Control Insight Resources folder located by
the path:
Control Insight/Coin/Resources/
The Save... button is used for saving the 'off' state
image in a folder on the computer or disk.
The Remove... button is used for removing the 'off'
state image.
