Q: How long does it take to complete a design?
A: It depends on the design package you select. For most design packages, you will generally receive completed concepts within about 2-4 days, followed by revisions within about 3-5 days and delivery of your final files within about 7 days. Please review the details of your specific design package for more specific delivery times.

Q: What is your Money Back Guarantee policy?
A: Yes. If you are dissatisfied with the process or the final deliverables, Logo.com will fully refund your advanced payment upon your request and your return of the deliverables. If you do not accept and fully pay for the deliverables, you will have no right to use, adapt or possess the deliverables.  The Services are not provided as “work made for hire” under the United States Copyright Act. Q : Can Logo.com sign a non-disclosure agreement with my company before I order?
A: We respect the intellectual property of others. Logo.com has a standard mutual NDA that we’ll be happy to sign for you. If your company uses a proprietary NDA, we can review it to determine if it’s acceptable to us, but we cannot guarantee that we can sign it if it doesn’t meet our guidelines.

Q: How does your design process work?
A: We use a simple 3 step design process. Once you select the product that you’re interested in, you’ll add it to your cart and you’ll fill out an online design brief. Upon completing checkout, a workspace will be created in your account. A workspace is the area where you and your project manager will communicate with each other and also where we’ll post design concepts and revisions for your review and approval. Based upon the design package you select, we’ll create a certain number of concepts and post them to your workspace for your review. You can decline, approve and/or make comments about the concepts that in turn get submitted to us to revise. The same process is used for your revision rounds. Once you have approved a final revision, your final files are prepared and uploaded to the final archive tab in your account. Here we’ll store your files for you free of charge for the life of your account. You’ll be able to download the files for use any way you like.

Q: How many designers will work on my project?
A: It depends on which design package you select. Generally, 1-2 designers will be assigned to designing your project. However, our project manager (the person at Logo.com responsible for managing your account) will decide which designer best suits the needs of your project requirements and will sometimes choose a single designer to design your project.

Q : Will someone call me to discuss my design project after I order?
A: It depends on the design package that you select. Many of our packages include a free phone consultation prior to us starting your project. Regardless of the package you choose, you are always welcome to call us or email us with questions about your order.

Q : How can I view my design concepts and request changes?
A: Logo.com provides you with a workspace within your account that is used to communicate questions and comments and to decline, approve and/or make comments. From the workspace, you’ll be able to view each concept, revision and final delivery file as soon as we upload them.

Q : How many concepts and revisions will I receive for my design project?
A: It depends on the design package that you select. Each design package allots a different number of concepts and revision rounds. For more information, please refer to the design package detail page that you’re interested in.

Q : What if I don’t like the initial design concepts that are created?
A: Given the nature of the design business, it’s certainly possible for us to miss the mark with your initial concepts. Depending on the package, we typically allow for additional concepts to be created until you’re satisfied with the results.

Q : What file formats will my design project be delivered in?
A: It depends on the type of design package that you select. All of the file formats we use for final delivery files are industry standard and are the same file types used by printers, web designers and other industry professionals. For a specific list of the file formats that will delivered to you upon completion of your project, please refer to the design package that you’re interested in ordering. We can supply virtually any file format upon request if you need a specific file format that we don't normally include.

Q : Will I be able to use my design files on a Mac?
A:  Yes, all of the file formats we use can be opened and used 100% on a Mac.

Q: How do I use the free lifetime color changes for my logo design?
A: Most of our logo design packages include free lifetime color changes. What that means is, after you have ordered a qualifying logo design from us, we will update the colors of the logo for you free of charge for as long as you’re using that logo. To request color changes, simply email service@logo.com and tell us that you want a color change applied to your logo. Please include your order # and design brief # in your request. Please allow approximately 3-4 days for color changes to be applied and new files to be uploaded to your original workspace.
