Design Services Money Back Guarantee:


Logo.com offers a money back guarantee until you accept and fully pay for the final deliverables. You will own all rights in the final, accepted deliverables so long as Logo.com has received full payment and your acceptance of the deliverables. If you are dissatisfied with the process or the final deliverables, Logo.com will fully refund your advanced payment upon your request and your return of the deliverables. If you do not accept and fully pay for the deliverables, you will have no right to use, adapt or possess the deliverables. The services are not provided as "work made for hire" under the United States Copyright Act.


Refund instructions for design services only:

  1. Send an email to service@logo.com. Include your order # and the reason for your refund request.
  2. We will review your request and will respond by email within 1 - 2 business days.

Promo Items Money Back Guarantee:


Logo.com guarantees our promo items to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. When you order promo items, you will be required to sign a proof approval form verifying that the promo items are correct, your artwork and artwork colors are accurate and placement of the artwork is correct. Please review the proof approval form carefully before completing it and returning it to us. Logo.com cannot accept return or refund requests for any reason other than manufacturing defects of the promo items. Logo.com will refuse delivery of any return shipment that has not been authorized in advance using the return and refund instructions listed below.


Refund & return instructions for promo items only:


  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click the My Account link.
  3. Click the Orders link.
  4. Click the Order ID link that corresponds to the order you are requesting a return/refund for.
  5. Click the Request a Return or Refund link.
  6. Select "Return Item" or "Refund" from the "What would you like to do:" drop down menu.
  7. Select the product that corresponds to the product you are requesting a return/refund for. If you are requesting a return/refund of the entire order, select all of the products.
  8. Select the quantity of each product you are requesting a return/refund for.
  9. Select a reason for the return/refund.
  10. Enter any comments you have regarding your request.
  11. Click the Return button.
  12. After you submit a return/refund request, you will receive an email confirmation that your request has been submitted. You may also view the status of your request by clicking the Return Requests link in your account.
  13. We will review your request and will respond by email within 1 - 2 business days.
