Our Design Process
Logo.com uses an online collaboration process to manage your project from start to finish. When you order from Logo.com, you will complete a simple design brief during checkout that will tell us your project requirements, as well as your likes and dislikes. The design brief only takes a couple of minutes to complete. When you've finished answering the questions in the design brief, you'll complete checkout and a new workspace will be created for your project. The workspace is used for communicating comments and file approvals. Each time a new comment is posted, you will be notified by email. You can then login to your account to post comments and review artwork pending your approval.
Concepts are designs that are created to determine the general direction and basic look and feel of your project. We will design and submit concepts to your workspace based upon your design brief specifications. You’ll receive an email notification when new concepts and/or comments have been posted to your workspace. At that point you can login to your account and approve and/or disapprove and post comments about the concepts. Upon approval of a concept, we will begin working on the revision rounds. Revisions are design refinements to the concept that you approved. We will design and submit revision rounds to your workspace based upon the number of allotted revision rounds for the design service that you purchased. You’ll receive an email notification when new revisions and/or comments have been posted to your workspace. At that point you can login to your account and approve and/or decline and post comments about the revisions. Upon approval of a specific revision, we will post your final files. Final files are the source files of the final revision you approved. We will submit several file formats based upon the type of design services you purchased to the final file archive area in your workspace. You’ll receive an email notification when final files have been posted to your workspace. We will archive your files for the life of your account so you’ll always have access to your source files.
