IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SOFTWARE VERSION BEFORE DOWNLOADING ANY UPDATES.

1. Open Junior Datalogging Insight.
2. Go to 'Help' on the top menu and click on 'About'.
3. This will give you your current version number.

If you have version 4.00 to 4.14 please contact Technical Support, on 01223 425558 x792, for information on the disk swap service available to all Junior Datalogging Insight users.

If you have version 4.16, or above, please download the FREE updater here. Right click on the link and choose 'Save target as...' or 'Save link as...', depending on your browser type.

If during the install of this update you encounter this error message:

please contact Technical Support for information about the disk swap service.
