(Based on Year 1, Pirate Island - Activity 3)

This activity looks at oa, o-e, ow words. Six words appear on the screen, all containing the O sound, which need completing. A picture clue is given for each word, plus a word bank of consonants and initial blends. Words included: bone, goat, phone, throw, coat, crow.

(Based on Year 1, Incy Wincy Spider - Activity 4)

This activity looks at 'SP' words. Five endings are given, in word bank format, from which 'SP' words can be created.

A graphic is shown as a reward for correctly spelling the following: splash, spin, spray, spoon, spot.
