The Welcome Email
Once your order for an Extended User Licence for one of the Logotron Software products has been accepted you will be sent a confirmation email similar to the following:
Keep a note of your Username and Password.
Please keep this email safely so that you always have details of the Username and Password that you have been allocated.
Click on the link to log on to the site:
http://www.logo.com/extended-licences/
Enter your username and password and click on OK.

Scroll down to view the licensed products list for your institution.
Allocating extended licences to home users
In this example the institution has extended licences for Revelation Natural Art and Notate. Click on a product name to access the screen where licences can be allocated to your teachers and pupils at home.
You could send out each of the available extended licences one by one by filling out a form for each user (See Email a download link option). However, if you have many extended users, as in this example, it might be quicker and easier to import your list of users in one go using the Import multiple users option.
Importing extended licence user details as a CSV file
Choose ‘Import multiple users’ to import all or some of your addresses in one go from a prepared CSV file.
Please upload the data in the same format as this example file.
In the example file, please leave the first line for the field titles, then you can place your user data in the second and subsequent lines. Two example lines of user data have been added, you may delete these. Once edited, please save the file to your computer (ensuring that you save it as a CSV file) and upload the data file via this form.
Click on the Browse button and locate your CSV file.
NB: The number of entry lines in the CSV file should not exceed the number of Extended User licences that you have been allocated (and have not already been used) at your site.
Finally click on Import data to send a download link to all the teachers and home users listed in your CSV file.
The Send emails option automatically sends out download links for this product to all imported users. This option is selected by default.
OR
Click on ‘Email a download link’ to fill out a form for each user one by one:
Fill out Name, Address, Postcode and E-mail details for each extended licence user one by one from this screen.
The Download Link
The Home user should then receive an email similar to the following:
At the bottom of the email is a link where the chosen software can be downloaded. When the link is chosen, a screen similar to the following will appear:
The user needs to click on the blue arrow to download the setup.exe file for the chosen software to their machine (usually the desktop). The software can then be installed in the usual way from this Setup icon.
Resending a download link
It is possible to resend a download link to your home user.
Please note that there is a limit of five attempts only are permitted per user.
Log on to the system in the usual way and choose the product that you wish to download.
Find the name of the home user you wish to send a repeat link to and click on ‘resend download email’.
View your licence usage
All Logotron software product downloads need to be allocated within one year of purchase. You can look at your licence usage to check how many licences you have left and to review the list of users on your system.
Log on to the system.
Choose ‘View your licence usage’ from the My account tasks panel.
A screen similar to the following will appear:
Click on the ‘see more details’ tab to see a list of all users.
Logging Out
You can log out of the system at any time. Simply close the web browser by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
