Help for variation 1

Imagine subdirectories

First plan your steps.

It is wise to know two important things about the files belonging to Imagine:

- Their extension type.

- Where they are expected to be found within the Imagine file structure.

Look at the different types of files.

Filetypes:

.IMP
Imagine program.
.LGF
Pictures and animations prepared using the LogoMotion editor.
.IIP
Imagine program saved as a web project - to be used by the plug-in.
.HTM
If Imagine programs are saved as a web project, Imagine creates an .HTM file that will launch the plug-in module (.IIP).
.EXE
An Imagine program can also be saved as an .EXE file. In this case it can be also run if Imagine is not installed on the computer.
Subdirectories:

\IMAGINE
Imagine and LogoMotion program parts can be found here.
\IMAGINE\DEMO
Imagine demo programs can be found here.
\IMAGINE\IMAGE

Debugging

You should make sure you understand how important it is to save files in the proper directory, since Imagine will not find them automatically otherwise. If you are not certain, spend some more time exploring the directories of Imagine.
