Logotron Ltd returns to its roots - 08/01/2001
The Logotron management team has completed the purchase of Logotron Ltd from Pearson Education for an undisclosed sum in what has become known as a "sponsored spin-out" of the company. The new-look Logotron Ltd began trading as Europe's largest privately held educational software publisher on 2nd January and is enjoying the help of the former parent company in the early months in terms of administrative and systems support.
