Imagine Logo Workbooks - New for 2004

The Imagine Logo Primary Workbook is aimed at Key Stage 2. Starting from simple Logo commands you can soon teach your turtle to draw many shapes and patterns. This colourful step-by-step guide helps pupils build up their own project screens and puzzles, work with images and animation and then moves on to more advanced ideas.

The Great Big Imagine Logo Project Book is aimed at Key Stage 3 and upwards. The workbook materials provide a school with resources to create a substantial course starting in Year 7 and working through to Year 9. The materials are designed so that there is a built-in progression. Assessment activities and projects for students to work on are also available.

The workbooks provide a sound approach to providing skills in taught ICT that are transferable into Mathematics and Design & Technology activities.

The design of the materials is such that units of work can be broken down into single or double sessions of time, or provide a set of related and coherent work over a short period of 4 to 5 weeks.

For these workbooks we have created many extra Imagine Logo Project files, background images and turtle images (including animated images). It is recommended that you download these files from www.logo.com before working through the workbooks.
